Rent The Mayfair Arts Center

The Mayfair Arts Center, located in Chicago's Calumet Heights neighborhood, offers hourly, weekly, monthly and yearly rentals of professionally equipped studios for classes, rehearsals, informal performances, exhibitions, receptions and other events. Our studios include five studios:

​

  • one 1,675+ square feet

  • one 750 square feet

  • two 600+ square feet

  • one 550+ square feet

 

Rental rates vary depending on time of day, length of event and purpose of use.

Rental rates vary depending on the time of day, length of the event, and participation in the MAC incubator residency programs. 

To receive a rate, please fill out the form below.  

Please Note: Inquiries will be answered within 48 hours.

Submission of this form does not confirm or guarantee rental. 

A signed contract is required as confirmation of space rental, and there is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
