With over 30 partners in residence and classes ranging from Afro-fusion, Ballet, Zumba, Bollywood, Modern, Tap, Hip Hop and Salsa, the American Rhythm Center is one of the Chicago's most diverse dance centers. Located on the third floor of the beautiful Fine Arts Building, the ARC offers classes seven days a week for students from 2 years old to 82. The ARC also offers discounts for students, seniors, professional dancers and veterans, making your dance training or experience not only excellent, but affordable. Look for additional special discounts throughout the year and our FREE-4-ALL event that grants you free classes for a week!

The ARC offers diverse, high-quality dance and wellness / fitness classes to the general public while centralizing the education programs, rehearsal space and administrative offices of several core groups, as well as additional emerging companies and independent artists. The ARC is managed as a program of the Chicago Human Rhythm Project.
