CHRP showcases rhythm-culture through performances, educational initiatives, and community development programs that promote exceptional art and cultural diversity.
1st set - The Chicago Human Rhythm Project welcomes you to our annual Jazz Showcase concert. An improvisational tap show led by our Rhythm World 35 faculty, invited professional tap dancers and the Eric Hochberg Trio. You will witness the true preservers here, the groundbreakers and torch bearers of this dance. Returning to Rhythm World, young lionesses Christina Carminucci, Demi Remick, and Shannon Kaminski. Master practitioner Jason Janas, immortal geniuses Cartier Williams and Karissa Royster. With the legendary Sam Weber, plus master teachers Derick K. Grant and Sarah Savelli!
